EU Settlement Scheme

The government has provided information on the EU Settlement Scheme for EU citizens and their families to remain in the UK after it leaves the EU (‘Brexit’) it covers who is eligible, how to apply and how much it costs.

• There will be no change to the rights and status of EU citizens living in the UK until 30 June 2021 or 31 December 2020, in the event of a no deal.

• If you are an EU citizen, you and your family members are able to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK.
