What We Offer

Live-in care

Our live-in care is tailored to fit your specific needs as outlined in your care plan, from personal care and mobility assistance to specialised support for spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries. Our committed carers, carefully selected and trained by our experienced clinical team, are available around the clock for advice, support, and field assistance to ensure high-quality, consistent care.

Live-in care clients typically have a team of two carers alternating every few weeks, depending on individual preferences. We manage care schedules to minimise the need for relief carers, reducing the number of individuals involved in your care. Clients take an active role in selecting their carers through meet-and-greet sessions, ensuring comfort and familiarity with their team. We prioritise smooth transitions between carers to minimise disruption and ensure all staff are well-prepared for their shifts.

Spinal injury care

Our care service for spinal cord injury survivors is driven by the fundamental belief in independent living for all, enabling a fulfilling life within the comfort of their own homes, bolstered by exceptional specialised care. We forge important collaborations with NHS and Private Spinal Injury Centres, working closely with their teams to craft comprehensive care plans tailored for our clients with spinal injuries. This collaboration ensures our caregiving approach reflects expert advice and insights from the Spinal Injury Association (SIA), resulting in specialized care that enhances overall outcomes, promotes well-being, and cultivates independence for our clients.

We offer a variety of care options tailored to your unique needs, including live-in care, daytime or nighttime shifts, or a blended approach. Our dedicated team of carers, who have undergone rigorous training from our experienced Clinical Team, stand ready to offer advice, support, and hands-on assistance at all times.

Acquired Brain Injury and Stroke Care

Our care service for individuals with acquired brain injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and strokes is built on the belief that independent living and quality of life should be achievable for all, with the right support in place. We work closely with NHS and private brain injury rehabilitation units, neurological specialists, and case managers to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s needs. Our collaboration with experts, alongside our membership in the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and use of Headway’s resources, ensures our care reflects best practices in brain injury rehabilitation, enhancing recovery, well-being, and independence.

We offer a variety of care options tailored to your unique needs, including live-in care, daytime or nighttime shifts, or a blended approach. Our dedicated team of carers, trained by our experienced clinical team, provide expert support and are always on hand to offer advice, assistance, and reassurance.
